Article Submission to Dictator of the Month
We are now accepting submissions to the Dictator of the Month website!
Please note the following rules/ FAQ that apply to all submissions.
1. Submissions will be classified into two categories: Dictator Biographies and General Articles. Dictator Biographies will be used for monthly dictator entries (either featured as a new entry or in the archives). General Articles would be non-biographical in nature, and should relate to topics that would interest visitors to the site- such as discourses on human rights abuses, international political theory, updates on the situation in countries where dictators rule, &c.
2. Submissions should be professionally written and are subject to revision, editing or refusal for publication at the discretion of the editors of DoM. Although typically the site would not refuse articles for partisan reasons, inflammatory, offensive, or obscene articles will not be accepted. Biographies will be scrutinized for accuracy so that we can maintain the high standard of biographies that we strive to bring our readers.
3. The use of copyrighted materials is strictly prohibited unless the submitter owns the copyright. This policy must be strictly enforced because publication of copyrighted materials could expose the site to legal problems
4. Refrain from adding excessive hyperlinks to other sites. An html referring to the original content of the site should suffice.
5. Advertisement links will not be permitted unless done through link exchanges (c.f. link exchanges)
